CHINAHONGQIAO (01378) has announced that all conditions under the convertible bond subscription agreement have been fulfilled. The issuance of convertible bonds with a total principal amount of RMB 10.2 billion was completed on May 5, 2026. If the conversion rights attached to the bonds are fully exercised at the initial conversion price of HKD 43.90 per share, a total of approximately 266,635,576 conversion shares will be issued.
