At the 2026 China Internet Conference held from July 8th to 10th at the Beijing National Convention Center, the theme was "Intelligence Ignites New Journeys, Integration Creates the Future – Composing a New Chapter for the 15th Five-Year Plan with Digital-Intelligent Synergy." Ma Hongbin, Party Committee Secretary and Senior Vice President of Kuaishou Technology, attended and delivered a speech.

Ma Hongbin emphasized that the ultimate purpose of technological revitalization is to serve and benefit the public.

He detailed how, in employment and entrepreneurship, Kuaishou utilizes its "Fast Hire" service and AI algorithms to enhance job matching efficiency. Last year, this facilitated the creation of 189 new professions, with AI directly contributing to 15 of them, and over ten million users sought jobs through video live streams. Regarding rural revitalization, with the aid of Kuaishou's AI capabilities, local tourism bureaus and farmers can produce high-quality promotional videos at low cost. An intelligent distribution system precisely connects source agricultural products to urban dining tables. Last year, the platform had over 140 million deeply engaged users interested in agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, with 83.4% of counties in key agricultural provinces already covered by content creators with over ten thousand followers. In the silver economy sector, Kuaishou has launched AI interaction tools tailored for the elderly, simplifying usability for middle-aged and older users and accurately meeting their cultural, spiritual, and material needs.

Ma Hongbin concluded by stating that Kuaishou's 15-year journey has consistently revolved around the core principle of "grounding technology in fields of value and empowering the new marketplace with AI." Looking ahead, Kuaishou will continue to use artificial intelligence as its engine for innovation, acting as an amplifier for mainstream values, an incubator for quality content, and a connector for the real economy, thereby contributing to the substantive advancement of China's intelligent development.
