Quantum Computing Stocks Extend Rally After Monday Surge

Quantum computing stocks extended rally in morning trading on Tuesday after Monday surge. D-Wave Quantum rose 22%, SEALSQ Corp rose 7%, Quantum Computing rose 4%, MicroCloud Hologram and Rigetti Computing rose 2%.

D-Wave Quantum said Tuesday that its sixth-generation quantum system had become available over the cloud, marking another development in the race to develop commercially viable quantum computers.

Meanwhile, Nvidia is in advanced negotiations to invest in PsiQuantum—a quantum computing startup, according to The Information report, citing sources familiar with the matter. The news could give quantum computing stocks a boost on Monday. Arqit Quantum rose 31%, Quantum Corp rose 25%, and Sealsq rose 20%.
