On February 9, Sohu.com announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. The company's total revenue for the fourth quarter was $142 million, while full-year revenue reached $584 million.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Sohu.com's total revenue was $142 million, a 6% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Brand advertising revenue was $17 million, and online game revenue was $120 million.

For the full year 2025, Sohu.com's total revenue was $584 million. Brand advertising revenue accounted for $60 million, while online game revenue reached $506 million. Excluding the impact of the write-off of Changyou's accrued income tax, the company's non-GAAP net loss for 2025 was $51 million, representing a nearly 40% reduction from the $83 million loss recorded in 2024.

Dr. Charles Zhang, Chairman and CEO of Sohu.com, commented, "In the fourth quarter of 2025, our brand advertising revenue exceeded previous expectations, while online game revenue was in line with forecasts. Excluding the impact of the Changyou tax write-off, the Group's non-GAAP net loss met the best-case scenario from our earlier projections."

"On the Sohu Media platform, we have continuously improved our products and optimized algorithms to meet user needs across various scenarios and enhance the user experience. We have persistently organized diverse and innovative events, generating a significant volume of high-quality content and fostering deep user engagement, which helps us secure more commercial opportunities," Dr. Zhang further noted. "In the online games business, we have focused on long-term operations, consistently delivering high-quality content updates and an improved gaming experience for our players."

Additionally, under the previously announced share repurchase program authorizing the buyback of up to $150 million of American Depositary Shares, Sohu.com had repurchased approximately 8.1 million ADSs by February 5, 2026, for a total amount of about $106 million.
