The loss attributable to owners was HK$5.999 million, narrowing 59.12% year-on-year, with a loss per share of 1.5 cents. The company stated that the revenue decrease was primarily due to a decline of approximately HK$4.7 million in the real estate agency services segment and a decline of approximately HK$12.9 million in the property management services segment.
