瑞港建设（06816.HK）3月23日发布盈利警告称，根据对截至2025年12月31日止财年的未经审核综合财务报表的初步审阅，预计公司将录得不少于1.26亿港元的税后亏损，较2024财年约1.51亿港元的亏损收窄约0.25亿港元，降幅约16%。其中，2025财年已计提约0.65亿港元的金融资产减值拨备，高于上一财年的0.61亿港元。 \n\n 公司披露，期内营业收入及毛利分别同比增加约2.48亿港元和0.33亿港元，行政开支则通过成本管控减少约0.25亿港元，但财务成本上升约0.24亿港元。尽管经营层面有所改善，毛利增长仍不足以完全覆盖行政开支、财务成本及资产减值拨备，导致公司持续录得净亏损。 \n\n 瑞港建设表示，目前仍在评估个别资产是否需要追加减值拨备，实际亏损额或有进一步扩大可能。公司计划最迟于2026年3月底公布2025财年经审核的年度业绩。 \n\n 公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
