ELATE Holdings Inks Three-Year Management Partnership with Macau's Food Delivery Platform

ELATE HOLDINGS (00076) has announced the signing of a three-year cooperation and management agreement with Macau Network Media Development Limited, the owner of the "Aomi" application, on February 6, 2026. Under the agreement, ELATE HOLDINGS will assist Aomi in (i) expanding its business into markets across Asia, including but not limited to Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan, as well as other regions; (ii) participating in the internal management of Aomi through its subsidiaries; and (iii) introducing artificial intelligence technology into Aomi's operations. Both parties have agreed to sign a further cooperation agreement in the near future regarding the management fees payable to ELATE HOLDINGS and its share of Aomi's profits, based on the company's contributions and Aomi's performance. Macau Network Media Development Limited operates the largest local lifestyle e-commerce platform in Macau and is the largest online fresh supermarket service provider in the region. Aomi's annual online transaction volume is approximately 1 billion Macau patacas. The business segments of ELATE HOLDINGS group include (i) the global sale of graphite products; (ii) the manufacture and sale of electronic products in the UK; and (iii) design and manufacturing services. In recent years, the group has actively pursued opportunities to develop businesses related to artificial intelligence.
