Bloom Energy Corp rose 6.5% in regular trading, trading at $284/share. The stock is recovering from the prior session's sharp sell-off triggered by Oracle's force majeure notice related to the Project Jupiter data center in New Mexico.

On September 24, Bloom Energy fell as much as 8.6% intraday after Oracle issued a force majeure notice to Stack Infrastructure, a subsidiary of Blue Owl Capital, regarding the massive 2.45-gigawatt data center campus planned to serve OpenAI. Oracle subsequently clarified that the notice was intended to preserve contractual rights and does not imply the project has been delayed or that delivery expectations have changed. Blue Owl also stated the notice would not alter either party's financial commitments to the multi-year project. The stock's decline narrowed significantly by the close of the September 24 session.

Bloom Energy had previously secured a 55MW on-site power contract for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and reported Q2 revenue of $1.065 billion, up 166% year-over-year. The company was formally added to the S&P 500 on September 21, and analysts at Mizuho recently raised their price target to $351, maintaining an Outperform rating.
