Seatrium (S51) said on April, 8 2026 that it and subsidiary Seatrium Financial Services have established a 3 billion Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance programme. DBS Bank and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) will act as joint arrangers and dealers.

Under the framework, the two issuers may offer notes in various currencies and tenors, while Seatrium can also issue perpetual securities. Notes from Seatrium Financial Services will carry Seatrium’s unconditional and irrevocable guarantee.

Proceeds are earmarked for refinancing existing borrowings, funding potential acquisitions and investments, meeting working-capital and capital-expenditure needs, and providing loans within the group.

The Singapore Exchange has granted approval in principle for the programme, and Seatrium plans to list future instruments on the bourse, though unlisted issuances are also possible.

No instruments have been issued yet; the group will update the market on any material developments.
