CHUANG'S CHINA (00298) announced that Mr. Fan Junhua has resigned from his position as independent non-executive director, effective at the conclusion of the annual general meeting on September 15, 2025. Mr. Fan will also cease to serve as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
Following shareholder approval at the annual general meeting, Mr. Qiu Zhiming has been elected as independent non-executive director, effective September 15, 2025. Mr. Qiu has been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
