Yuexiu Services releases 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular and proxy form online

Yuexiu Services Group Limited published three key corporate documents on 29 April 2026:

• 2025 Annual Report • Circular dated 29 April 2026 containing the notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting • Related proxy form

Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.yuexiuservices.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders can, at any time, elect to receive future corporate communications free of charge either: 1) by downloading the electronic version from the company or HKEX websites, or 2) by requesting printed copies (English, Chinese or bilingual).

Investors who currently rely on the website version and wish to obtain printed copies of the newly released documents may submit Part A of the enclosed Change Request Form. Those wanting to alter their future communication preferences can complete Part B of the same form. Completed forms should be returned to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or sent via email to yuexiuservices-ecom@vistra.com.
