Guangshen Railway: Share Capital Steady in June 2026; HKEX Public-Float Requirement Met

Guangshen Railway Company Limited disclosed in its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer (June 2026) that there were no movements in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s total authorised and registered share capital stood unchanged at 7.08 billion ordinary shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. This comprises 1.43 billion H shares listed in Hong Kong and 5.65 billion A shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Issued share capital also remained stable. As at 30 June 2026, Guangshen Railway had 1.43 billion H shares and 5.65 billion A shares in issue, with zero treasury shares. No share repurchases, cancellations, options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were reported for the period.

The company confirmed that its H-share public float exceeds the 5% minimum threshold required for PRC issuers under HKEX Main Board Rule 13.32B, ensuring compliance.

The filing was signed by Company Secretary Tang Xiangdong on 2 July 2026, affirming adherence to all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
