永旺（香港）百货有限公司（00984）8月19日公告称，原定不迟于2026年8月19日寄发的有关2026年主协议持续关连交易年度上限修订的通函，将延迟至2026年9月9日或之前寄发。
公司表示，延迟原因在于尚需额外时间落实纳入通函的若干资料。该通函将载有以下内容： 1. 有关经修订年度上限的进一步资料； 2. 独立董事委员会函件； 3. 独立财务顾问函件； 4. 股东特别大会通告及代表委任表格； 5. 上市规则规定的其他资料。
此前，公司已于2026年7月27日及2026年8月10日发布相关公告。
公告由公司董事会主席金野司签署。至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事长岛武德、久永晋也；非执行董事金野司、魏爱国、横地庸利；以及独立非执行董事水野英人、沈咏婷、黄美玲。
