香港，3月27日——三宝科技（01708）发布盈利警告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度归属母公司股东的净亏损约人民币6,000万元至8,000万元，较2024年度约4.2亿元的亏损显著收窄，降幅约81%至86%。
公司表示，本年度仍录得亏损，主要受宏观经济环境偏弱、行业竞争加剧及原材料采购成本持续走高等因素拖累，导致毛利率下滑、利润空间压缩。
亏损大幅收窄的关键原因包括： 1. 资产减值及相关拨备明显减少；2024年度公司因诉讼案件计提拨备约1.57亿元。 2. 会计估计变更带来正面影响。公司将2–3年账龄应收账款及合同资产的坏账计提比例由30%下调至20%，3–4年及4–5年账龄由100%分别调整为40%及60%，预计因此减少2025年度归母净亏损约1.46亿元。
三宝科技提醒，以上数据基于管理层对最新未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，未经核数师及审核委员会审阅，最终经审计业绩预计于2026年3月底前公布。公司亦提示股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
