中国铝业股份有限公司(02600)8月7日公告称，原计划于2026年8月10日或之前向股东公布及/或寄发的有关投资建设几内亚氧化铝项目并涉及几内亚方获得额外参股选择权的通函，将延迟至2026年11月30日或之前寄发。 公司表示，此次延期主要因为需要额外时间编制及落实通函所载资料。 上述通函所涉事项最早由公司于2026年5月22日披露，性质为主要交易。公司董事会成员包括：执行董事何文建、张瑞忠、毛世清；非执行董事郭刚、江皓；独立非执行董事余劲松、陈远秀、李小斌。 中国铝业由联席公司秘书朱丹代表董事会发布本次公告。
