2026年8月21日，中通快递（开曼）有限公司（于开曼群岛注册成立以不同投票权控制的有限责任公司），股票简称“中通快递-W”（02057），发布公告称，于美国时间2026年8月20日回购234,285股A类普通股（对应美国存托股份），约占公司已发行股份总数763,430,906股的0.03%。回购价格区间为每股20.98美元至21.40美元，合计支付约499.53万美元。本次回购股份暂未注销，回购后公司A类普通股数维持557,330,906股不变，库藏股数量仍为0。
公告同时显示，董事会于2026年6月16日通过了股份回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为76,599,956股，截至目前已累计回购3,762,812股，占授权总量约0.4912%。公司强调已遵守包括香港联交所证券上市规则在内的相关法律法规。本公告由公司联席公司秘书李送霏签署。
