Centurion Accommodation Real Estate Investment Trust said gross revenue reached 50.651 million Singapore dollars for the period from Aug, 12 2025 to Dec, 31 2025, its first results since listing on Sep, 25 2025.
Net property income came in at 36.077 million Singapore dollars, while profit attributable to unitholders was 9.695 million Singapore dollars.
The trust reported 29.995 million Singapore dollars available for distribution and declared a distribution per unit of 1.739 cents. The distribution comprises 1.406 cents of taxable income, 0.325 cents of tax-exempt income and 0.008 cents of capital.
The books will close on Mar, 3 2026, with payment scheduled for Mar, 31 2026.
CAREIT ended Dec, 31 2025 with total assets of 2.000 billion Singapore dollars, aggregate leverage of 22.1 per cent and an interest coverage ratio of 6.60 times.
On Jan, 13 2026 the trust completed the 345.0 million Australian-dollar purchase of the 732-bed Epiisod Macquarie Park student housing asset in Sydney, financed entirely by debt.
CAREIT’s portfolio now holds 15 accommodation assets across Singapore, the United Kingdom and Australia, providing about 26,742 beds in worker accommodation and 3,504 beds in student housing after recent completions.
