LINGBAO GOLD (03330) announced that Mr. Chen Congfa has resigned as the company's independent non-executive director, effective December 19, 2025, to dedicate more time to other personal commitments. Following his resignation, Mr. Chen will no longer serve as Chairman of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee or as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
