DA MING INT’L: August 2026 Monthly Return Shows Stable Share Base and Full Public Float Compliance

Da Ming International Holdings Limited (DA MING INT’L) reported no movements in either authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited released on 1 September 2026.

The company’s authorised capital remained at 1.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 150.00 million. Issued shares were unchanged at 1.27 billion, and the issuer continued to hold no treasury shares.

Da Ming confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25 per cent as of month-end.

The filing recorded no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-related arrangements, indicating a period of capital stability.

Company Secretary Leung Man Fai submitted the return on 1 September 2026.
