消息面上，国防部长皮特·赫格塞特（Pete Hegseth）于7月10日签署备忘录，宣布全面取消拜登时代对小型无人机（UAS）的生产和使用限制，允许军事单位自由采购商用现货无人机、3D打印原型机，并简化测试流程。备忘录明确将小型无人机（1-2类）重新归类为“消耗品”（类似弹药），脱离传统军用资产追踪体系，大幅缩短采购周期
