RoboStrategy Makes Nasdaq Debut Under Ticker "BOT", Introducing New Robotic Investment Vehicle

RoboStrategy Inc., a closed-end management investment company specializing in robotics and physical artificial intelligence, commenced trading on the Nasdaq on Monday under the ticker symbol "BOT." This listing opens access for general investors to a sector traditionally dominated by venture capital.

RoboStrategy is the first closed-end fund specifically designed for public market investors, with a portfolio encompassing private, pre-IPO, and publicly traded robotics companies. The fund targets high-growth firms such as Figure AI, Apptronik, Dyna Robotics, Standard Bots, and Dexmate, aiming to bridge the gap between private venture capital and public markets.

Prior to this listing, RoboStrategy's common shares had not been publicly traded. The company achieved a significant market milestone following approval from Nasdaq. As robotics technology becomes increasingly integrated into daily life, RoboStrategy is dedicated to providing investors with an opportunity to participate in this technological revolution. The fund employs a high-conviction equity investment strategy, focusing on what it identifies as category-defining robotics and physical AI innovators.

Notably, FP Strategies LLC made a substantial purchase of 290,000 shares in RoboStrategy on April 7 at $10 per share, totaling $2.9 million. Currently, RoboStrategy's portfolio includes at least 13 investments spanning hardware to software, with an average investment round size of approximately $7.2 million.
