KOS International (8042) Announces Proposed Company Name Change

KOS International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) proposes changing its English name from KOS International Holdings Limited to KOS International Talent Group Limited and its Chinese name from 高奧士國際控股有限公司 to 高奧士國際人才集團有限公司.

According to the announcement, the plan must receive a supermajority resolution at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and be approved by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands. Subject to these conditions, the change will take effect once the certificate of incorporation on change of name is issued, with subsequent filings to be made in Hong Kong.

The Company states that the proposed change reflects its principal business and aims to benefit future development. Existing share certificates remain valid, and no exchange for new certificates is required. Upon final approval, share trading on the Stock Exchange under the new name and a revised English stock short name will be arranged. A special resolution related to the name change will be tabled at the EGM, and further details will be provided in a circular to shareholders.
