消息面上，比特币再度站上88000美元大关，美元走软和更广泛的不确定性正助推加密货币和黄金等被视为替代资产的价格上涨。
除了美元指数疲软一定程度上支撑比特币价格外，特朗普批评美联储可能意外利好加密货币。Cantor分析师Brett Knoblauch在一份报告中写道：
如果特朗普成功罢免鲍威尔，并任命一位更加'鸽派'的主席，这可能被视为对加密货币的利好，因为比特币和替代币在低利率环境中历来表现更好。
Ultima Markets分析师Elon表示，美联储未来宽松的货币政策或将给比特币带入更多流动性。比特币价格与全球M2广义货币供应量走势成正相关性，而目前M2领先指标表示趋势正在上涨。
