2026年9月7日，广州银诺医药集团股份有限公司（02591，下称“银诺医药-B”）宣布，公司创始人及多名高级管理层自愿延长禁售期六个月。
根据公告，承诺人包括： 1. 创始人、董事长、执行董事、总经理兼主要股东WANG QINGHUA博士； 2. 执行董事、香港醫韻醫藥技術有限公司股东兼员工激励平台广州诺帕企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙）有限合伙人姜帆女士； 3. 执行董事兼广州诺帕有限合伙人徐文洁女士； 4. 执行董事兼广州诺帕有限合伙人黄冰先生。
上述人员已分别承诺，自2026年8月15日（即公司控股股东全球发售后原禁售期届满之日）起，连续六个月内不出售其所直接或间接持有的任何银诺医药-B股份或相关权益。
公司表示，相关承诺反映管理层对公司未来前景及长期发展的信心。公司提醒投资者及股东在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
