The company has announced that the final offer price was set at HK$104.80 per H-share on January 8, 2026. Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional by 8:00 a.m. (Hong Kong Time) on Monday, January 12, 2026, the H-shares are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong Time) on the same day. Trading of the H-shares will be conducted in board lots of 100 shares each.
