IMOTIONTECH (01274) is expanding its development across multiple tracks, building upon its foundation in the intelligent driving sector to explore new growth opportunities in embodied intelligence. As a leading domestic provider of intelligent driving solutions, the company has commercialized Level 2 to Level 2+ combined driving assistance solutions and is currently developing Level 3 to Level 4 autonomous driving technologies. Leveraging its technical and product strengths, IMOTIONTECH has distinguished itself in the smart driving field, with its application scenarios gradually expanding from passenger vehicles to commercial and logistics vehicles.

Recently, the company has intensified its efforts in the logistics vehicle sector. In December 2025, it extended its self-developed domain controller products to the unmanned logistics vehicle segment for the first time, securing a project designation from a leading commercial vehicle brand. Subsequently, in January 2026, it obtained another mass-production project designation to supply its integrated autonomous driving domain controller, the iDC700, based on Horizon's dual Journey®6M platform, for a leading brand's unmanned logistics delivery vehicles. The domain controller provides an efficient and reliable operating environment for the autonomous driving system, serving as a foundational element for the scalable operation of unmanned logistics vehicles. The successful entry into the logistics vehicle market and the consecutive orders from top-tier automotive brand clients position the unmanned logistics vehicle sector as a new growth area for IMOTIONTECH's intelligent driving business.

The market prospects for unmanned logistics vehicles are vast. Although the sector is still in its early stages, policy support is emerging in various regions. For instance, in January, Guangzhou initiated testing for its first batch of unmanned logistics vehicles, with China Post Group and Ninetech collaborating to deploy 20 units for road tests, paving the way for large-scale commercial adoption. According to a Soochow Securities research report, sales of unmanned logistics vehicles in China are expected to exceed 100,000 units by 2026, achieving a penetration rate of 3.4%. A WEResearch report further forecasts that the domestic market size for unmanned logistics vehicles will surpass RMB 14 billion by 2028, maintaining a doubling growth rate.

IMOTIONTECH's self-developed iDC500 combined driving assistance domain controller is the world's first mass-produced solution on the Renesas V4H computing platform to successfully deploy a BEV Transformer + OCC perception algorithm. Furthermore, the company is advancing mass-production collaborations with Horizon on the latest Journey 6 series platform. Concurrently, IMOTIONTECH is continuously iterating its autonomous driving algorithms, upgrading from end-to-end large models for "perception-decision" to more advanced "understanding-reasoning" capabilities.

The company's ability to secure consecutive project designations in the unmanned logistics vehicle segment benefits from its efficient technological reuse within its "Four Modernizations" system: organizational agility, algorithm lightweighting, hardware modularization, and software platformization. This approach effectively reduces development costs, achieves economies of scale, and balances cost with performance. IMOTIONTECH primarily enters the unmanned logistics vehicle market through its collaboration with Horizon. Its prior development and mass-production experience on Horizon's J6M and Journey series platforms provides a solid foundation for the mass production of the integrated domain controller and future platform-based development across multiple scenarios.

Notably, while deepening its presence across various domains within the intelligent driving sector to solidify its core business, IMOTIONTECH is also pioneering a new track: embodied intelligence. Progress in this area has been smooth, with the potential to create a new growth curve. In March 2025, the company established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Aimoxing Robot. In May, it signed a framework agreement for equity transfer with Suzhou Little Craftsman Robot to rapidly deploy key components for embodied intelligence. In July, a preliminary cooperation intent was reached with Horizon's subsidiary, Shenzhen Digua Robot, to develop the Aimoxing iRC100 robot controller based on Digua Robot's RDK S100P intelligent computing platform, aiming to provide customers with mature and reliable integrated hardware-software solutions for intelligent robots.

IMOTIONTECH's rapid business deployment is largely attributable to leveraging the technological and industrial foundation of its parent company, including accumulated expertise and mass-production experience from combined driving assistance domain controllers. By capitalizing on the technical commonalities between embodied intelligence and autonomous driving systems, such as in visual perception and multimodal interaction, the company can focus more effectively and accelerate the commercialization of embodied intelligence technologies.

Major automotive companies are also entering the embodied intelligence industry. Current players include Tesla, XPeng, Chery, GAC, Xiaomi, and Dongfeng, among other mainstream automakers. The embodied intelligence sector is entering a period of rapid growth, and IMOTIONTECH is expected to secure more commercial orders by 2026. From an investment perspective, a Sinolink Securities report indicates that 2026 is a critical milestone for humanoid robots transitioning from concept to reality, with Tesla's supply chain expected to see its first-generation mass-produced product released in Q1, followed by large-scale production in the second half of the year. A Hualong Securities report suggests that the flywheel effect for humanoid robots is about to start, with leading manufacturers achieving production/shipment volumes in the thousands of units in 2025, and scaling up to tens of thousands of units by 2026.
