On Nov, 7 2025, Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the reviewed financial statements for the nine months ended Sep, 30 2025.
The Board also agreed to reappoint the company’s three-member Audit Committee—Ms. Anusra Chittmittrapap (Chairman), Gen. Thanasorn Pongarna and Ms. Nongram Laohaareedilok—for a further two-year term effective Dec, 16 2025, and endorsed updates to the committee’s charter.
