Kantone Holdings Limited has released its Environmental, Social and Governance Report for the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025, presenting data-driven disclosures in accordance with relevant guidelines. The document covers operations under the Multitone brand, including facilities in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Malaysia, as well as workforce-related data in Hong Kong.

The publication underscores measures to minimize emissions and waste, detailing that most environmental impact arises from vehicle use, energy consumption, and office operations. The group recorded total greenhouse gas emissions of 258.1 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent, and introduced steps to optimize energy efficiency, such as installing LED lighting and consolidating offices’ heating and ventilation systems. Hazardous waste, mainly batteries and components, amounted to 2,826.8 kilograms, while non-hazardous waste totaled 72,257.5 kilograms.

In terms of social responsibility, the report indicates that 153 full-time and 10 part-time employees are distributed across several regions, with a turnover rate of 16.6%. The group highlights equal opportunity employment, absence of child or forced labor, and adherence to occupational safety protocols. A total of 2,297 hours of training were noted across various departments, covering areas such as product development and regulatory requirements.

Supply chain oversight involves 392 suppliers, primarily in the UK and other European and Asian markets. The group enforces stringent assessment mechanisms and insists on compliance with directives for fair competition and ethical procurement. Product responsibility measures include a certified quality management system and strict data protection practices, with no product recalls for safety reasons and no non-compliance incidents reported.

Additional information highlights that strong governance and anti-corruption measures are in place, with no reported cases of bribery or misconduct. The document concludes with details on community investment efforts, focusing on telecommunication products and healthcare communication systems that support critical services in local markets.
