Aug 07

EASYKNIT International Holdings Limited issued a voluntary clarification on 7 August 2026 in response to recent media reports suggesting the imminent disposal of its Kowloon property, “The Quad” (Nos. 470–478 Chatham Road North).

The company confirmed that it is in preliminary discussions with independent third parties regarding a potential transaction but emphasised that no definitive or binding agreement has been reached. As a result, there is no assurance that any deal will proceed.

The board expressed concern that unverified details circulating in the market could undermine ongoing negotiations and potentially influence final pricing and other commercial terms. Management reiterated that any terms currently reported have not been formally agreed.

In line with Hong Kong listing requirements, the company will release further announcements when appropriate. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in EASYKNIT INT'L securities.

As at the announcement date, the board comprises two executive directors—Ms. Koon Ho Yan Candy (President and CEO) and Ms. Lui Yuk Chu—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Tsui Chun Kong, Mr. Lau Chak Hang Charles and Mr. Ma Man Yuet.
