According to the monthly return for February 2026, CCT FORTIS (00138) maintained an authorized share capital of HKD 2.00 billion following a share consolidation, capital reduction, and share subdivision effective on 27 February 2026. The issued shares decreased from 1.60 billion to 159.97 million, reflecting a reduction of 1.44 billion shares.
