精英汇集团控股有限公司（01775）7月22日公告，截至2026年5月31日止十个月，公司拥有人应占未经审核综合溢利约1,290万元，较2025年同期的亏损约1,120万元大幅改善约2,410万元，成功扭亏为盈。
公司表示，业绩转正主要受以下因素带动： 1. 中国内地合作院校就读学生人数显著增加，反映HKDSE相关教育服务需求持续； 2. 辅助教育服务及产品收益录得强劲增长； 3. 私立中学日校及私立中学辅助教育服务在最近四个月进一步贡献收益。
董事会提醒，集团业务具有季节性特点，因多数学生课程于每年3月公开考试前结束，6月至7月通常收入较低，或不足以覆盖运营成本。公司预计在2026年6月至7月将录得经营亏损，可能影响截至2026年7月31日止整个财年的全年业绩。
截至公告日，集团尚未开始编制全年经审核业绩，相关数据仅基于管理层对未经审核管理账目的初步评估，未经核数师及审核委员会审阅。公司预计将于2026年10月公布截至2026年7月31日止年度经审核全年业绩。
