2026年8月4日，延长石油国际有限公司（00346）发布盈利警告称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月的主要财务数据较去年同期大幅下滑。
公司初步估算，上半年实现营业收入约70.24亿港元，较2025年同期的约99.95亿港元减少约30%。同期录得亏损约4,020万港元，而2025年同期亏损约2,780万港元，同比增加约44%。
董事会指出，收入下降主要源于中国油品销售业务收入减少约29.57亿港元，原因包括油品贸易业务规模下滑及零售业务价差持续收窄，销量同比下降约32%。亏损扩大则主要受加拿大油气生产业务以美元计价的定额贷款在美元兑加元汇率波动下产生约1,070万港元汇兑损失影响。
公司表示，目前尚未完成2026年上半年未经审计的中期业绩编制工作，以上数据基于初步管理账目，尚未经过独立核数师审核或审阅；最终结果或将有所调整。延长石油国际计划于2026年8月27日左右公布正式中期业绩。
