YUM CHINA (09987) announced that on February 23, 2026, the company repurchased 18,200 shares at a cost of HK$7.73 million, with a repurchase price per share ranging between HK$422.6 and HK$426.8. On the same day, the company also spent $3 million to repurchase 54,500 shares, with a per-share price between $54.4 and $55.51. Additionally, 86 shares were issued as part of grants under the company's long-term incentive plan, and 55,500 previously repurchased shares were cancelled.
