On 10 September 2026, BeOne Medicines Ltd (BeOne Medicines) issued a reminder to its non-registered shareholders confirming the company’s transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications.

The Switzerland-incorporated biopharmaceutical group reiterated that, unless otherwise required, materials such as interim and annual reports, general-meeting notices, proxy forms, circulars and listing documents will be provided exclusively in digital format. Identical English and Chinese versions will be accessible on both the corporate investor-relations site (https://hkexir.beonemedicines.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

BeOne Medicines highlighted that it will no longer issue email alerts or mail printed copies, with two exceptions mandated by applicable regulations: 1) Proxy materials for shareholder meetings; and 2) U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings, including the Form 10-K and related notices.

Shareholders who prefer hard-copy documents can submit a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or send a request via email to BeOne.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The registrar’s enquiry hotline is (852) 2862 8688, available on Hong Kong business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The company reminded investors that, in the absence of email notifications, they should actively monitor the designated websites to stay informed of new corporate disclosures.
