铸帝控股集团有限公司（01413）于2026年5月4日公布的2026年4月截至月底之股份变动月报显示，公司在本月未有新增发行或股份变动，股本保持稳定。
根据公告，铸帝控股截至2026年4月30日的注册股本维持不变，为2,000,000,000股普通股，面值每股0.05港元，总额为100,000,000港元。本月底已发行且未被存储为库藏股份的普通股合计328,000,000股，与上月相同，库藏股份数量为0。
关于股份期权层面，2021年2月19日采纳的购股权计划下，截至本月底可供行使的期权对应潜在可发行股份总数为20,000,000股，但本月内未因行使该等期权而新增发行任何股份。
公告同时显示，截至2026年4月底，公司不存在因回购或注销导致的股本变动。铸帝控股亦确认已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规。
