LHN Limited shareholders approve new constitution but reject changes to share plan

On Feb, 27 2026, LHN Limited announced the voting outcomes of its extraordinary general meeting held on Jan, 30 2026.

Shareholders passed a special resolution to adopt a new constitution, with 244.64 million votes (98.34%) in favour and 4.13 million votes (1.66%) against.

An ordinary resolution to amend the LHN Performance Share Plan 2025 did not secure approval, receiving 4.74 million votes (47.53%) for and 5.23 million votes (52.47%) against.

Because the proposed amendments were rejected, two related resolutions concerning the participation of controlling shareholders Kelvin Lim and Jess Lim in the plan were not put to vote.

The meeting concluded at 11:40 a.m., and LHN said the detailed results and minutes would be released on SGXNet and the company’s website within one month.
