深圳投控湾区发展有限公司（湾区发展）公告称，其非全资子公司深圳市广深沿江高速公路投资有限公司（下称“沿江公司”）于2026年5月8日及6月4日分别向中国银行深圳分行泰然金谷支行认购两款保本浮动收益型结构性存款，合计金额3.4亿元。
第一笔为“人民币结构性存款(CSDVY202616459)”，认购本金1.5亿元，期限90天，自2026年5月11日起计，预期年化收益率为0.6%或1.9%。第二笔为“人民币结构性存款(CSDVY202617334)”，认购本金1.9亿元，期限同为90天，自2026年6月5日起计，预期年化收益率0.6%或1.73%。
由于两笔交易在12个月内向同一银行进行，且合并计算的相关百分比率超过5%但低于25%，依据香港联交所上市规则第14章，交易构成须予披露交易，需履行公告及通知义务，免于股东大会批准。若分别计算，两笔认购的适用百分比率均低于5%，单独并不触发披露要求。
公司表示，上述结构性存款为保本产品，旨在提升暂时闲置资金的使用效率，实现资金保值增值，符合集团确保资金安全及提升回报的目标。
