Tianju Dihe (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2479) has announced that its auditor, BDO Limited, has resigned. According to the company, BDO was unable to finalize an audit timetable due to unresolved audit issues disclosed earlier this year, as well as difficulties in estimating additional fees related to an outstanding independent investigator’s report.

The board of directors indicated that reaching a timely resolution was in the best interests of both the company and its shareholders. After concluding discussions with BDO, the board accept­ed the resignation and confirmed that BDO raised no other audit matters requiring attention.

Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the company appointed HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited to fill the casual vacancy, effective immediately and subject to re-election at the next annual general meeting. The company stated that HLB’s experience, independence, service quality, and proposed resources were key considerations in the appointment. Management expressed appreciation for BDO’s services and welcomed HLB as the new auditor.
