中国动向（集团）有限公司（股票代码：03818）9月11日公告，根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第13.51B(2)条及第13.51(2)(h)条披露独立非执行董事高煜的最新情况。
9月8日，联交所发布对Home Control International Limited（股票代码：1747）及其两名前董事的纪律行动声明。高煜为Home Control的前主席兼非执行董事。上市委员会裁定高煜违反上市规则第3.08条及第3.09B条，并要求其完成20小时有关监管、法律及上市规则合规事宜的培训。
中国动向董事会审阅该声明后指出： 1) 声明并未表明高煜不适合担任香港上市公司董事； 2) 相关事项不涉及任何不诚实、欺诈或诚信问题； 3) 高煜已确认将遵守培训要求。
