Yanjing Huiquan H1 2026 Net Profit Up 23%, Revenue Advances 5% as Beijing Enterprises Subsidiary Cuts Leverage

Fujian Yanjing Huiquan Brewery Co., Ltd. (“Yanjing Huiquan”), the Shanghai-listed beer subsidiary indirectly controlled by Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited (“Beijing Enterprises”), released its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

Revenue and Earnings • Revenue rose to RMB 369.26 million, up 5.11% from RMB 351.30 million a year earlier. • Profit before tax expanded 23.56% to RMB 56.56 million. • Net profit grew 23.27% year on year to RMB 48.59 million, translating into a net margin of 13.17% versus 11.23% in the prior-year period. • Profit attributable to Yanjing Huiquan shareholders reached RMB 48.78 million, also up 23.26%.

Balance-Sheet Strengthening • Total assets edged up 0.54% to RMB 1.76 billion as at 30 June 2026. • Total liabilities declined 3.75% to RMB 364.89 million, reducing the asset-liability ratio to 20.79% from 21.72% at end-2025. • Total equity increased 1.73% to RMB 1.39 billion, reflecting improved capital strength.

Group Context Beijing Enterprises, a Hong Kong-listed integrated public utilities group, holds an indirect 57.40% interest in Beijing Yanjing Brewery Co., Ltd., which in turn owns 50.08% of Yanjing Huiquan. The latest half-year performance supports Beijing Enterprises’ strategy of maintaining its beer segment as a complementary contributor alongside its core gas, water and environmental businesses.
