Yunnan Water (06839) announced that the board recommends nominating the following directors for re-election as executive and non-executive director candidates for the fourth board of directors at an extraordinary general meeting: (i) Mr. Zhu Zhen as an executive director candidate; (ii) Ms. Duan Tao and Mr. Li Zhengzheng as non-executive director candidates.
