JNBY (03306) has announced that on April 17, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Huipu Apparel, entered into a construction contract with the contractor Zhejiang Provincial Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. According to the contract, the contractor will provide services for the construction of a new modern campus on the land. The total contract value is RMB 600 million (approximately HKD 680 million), subject to the terms and conditions of the construction agreement.

Referencing the company's announcements dated June 5, 2025, and July 11, 2025, the company had acquired the land in 2025 for the development of the new modern campus. This campus is intended to be developed into a new corporate park integrating digital research and development and intelligent warehousing for the company. The company expects that upon completion, the new modern campus will serve as the corporate culture center for its business. Following the completion of a quotation and price comparison process, the company has selected the contractor as the general contractor for the new modern campus building project based on the construction contract. The company believes that the construction contract will allow the land to provide sufficient development space to support the company's growth. Furthermore, its proximity to the company's existing headquarters is expected to bring necessary synergies to the group's operations and development.
