On 10 September 2026, Unity Group Holdings International Limited released its latest set of corporate documents—including the Circular, Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and Proxy Form—on the company website (unitygroup.eco) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to review these materials online; those who have previously opted for hard copies will receive printed versions with the current mailing.

The company reiterated that shareholders must maintain a functional email address to receive electronic notifications. Without a valid address on file, shareholders will continue to receive printed notices and actionable corporate communications until updated details are provided.

Shareholders wishing to switch between electronic and printed formats can submit the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, either by post (using the prepaid label) or via email (1539-ecom@vistra.com).

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

The notification was authorised by the Board and signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Wong Man Fai Mansfield.
