INNOGEN-B (02591) announced that Ms. Jin Jin has resigned as joint company secretary for personal development reasons, effective February 6, 2026. Ms. Yang Dongyan has been appointed as joint company secretary, effective from the same date. Ms. Yang will perform the duties of company secretary jointly with the other incumbent joint company secretary, Ms. Shi Xueling.
