ISEC Healthcare Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Yoo Loo Ping and Ms. Cheng Lisa as company secretaries, effective Dec, 1 2025.
The pair will replace Ms. Ngiam May Ling, who is stepping down. The Board expressed its appreciation to Ms. Ngiam for her contributions during her tenure.
The announcement, signed by Executive Vice Chairman Dr. Lee Hung Ming, was issued on Nov, 28 2025.
