根据回购授权，WANG ON GROUP获准可回购股份总数为1,416,669,694股，截至本次公告，已于香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购420,000,000股。公司确认已遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及其他相关法律法规。本公告由公司秘书张立基签署。
