The security solutions provider posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.23, beating analyst estimates of $0.21 by 9.52%. Revenue for the quarter reached $1.279 billion, also surpassing expectations of $1.267 billion. Year-over-year, adjusted EPS increased 10% while revenue grew 1%.
ADT reinforced investor confidence by reiterating its full-year 2026 outlook and highlighting strong shareholder returns, including $161 million returned through dividends and share repurchases during the quarter. The company's solid performance and positive financial trajectory were key drivers behind the stock's significant gain.
