CACI International Appoints Tom Kirkland as Executive Vice President for Electronic Warfare Business

CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) has announced that Tom Kirkland has rejoined the company, taking on the role of Executive Vice President for its Electronic Warfare business. In this position, Kirkland will lead CACI's electronic warfare business line and become a member of the company's executive leadership team.

Kirkland brings to the role extensive experience in defense technology, client relationships, and business leadership, spanning all domains and mission-focused technology operations. His return to CACI comes as the company continues to strengthen its position as an innovative, technology-first national security firm supporting the nation's most critical missions.

CACI President and Chief Executive Officer John Mengucci stated, "Electronic warfare is a key growth area for CACI, and Tom brings the necessary experience, customer insight, and business leadership to help us maintain our momentum. He understands the demands of adversarial missions and recognizes the importance of CACI's technologies, which provide the speed, situational awareness, and operational advantage needed to outpace emerging threats."

Kirkland returns to CACI after spending over five years at L3Harris Technologies, where he most recently served as President of Positioning and Sensor Systems. During his tenure at L3Harris, he also held the position of Vice President and General Manager for the U.S. Army and Special Operations Command Broadband Communications Systems division.

Previously at CACI, Kirkland held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Development and Chief Growth Officer for the CACI Products division. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Thales and Harris Corporation and is a U.S. Army combat veteran.
