On September 25, 2026, Kai Fai Adam Kwok acquired 240,500 shares of SHK PPT on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 105.9595 per share, involving about HKD 25.48 million. According to the filing, these shares were purchased by a company held indirectly under certain discretionary trusts; Mr. Kwok is a beneficiary of one of such trusts.
Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Kwok's long position in SHK PPT was 582.10 million shares, representing 20.09%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 582.34 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 20.10%.
