11月12日，巨星传奇港交所公告，公司董事会欣然宣布，于二零二五年十一月十一日，星创艺（昆山）文娱有限公司（本公司全资附属公司）及北京灵翌科技有限公司（宇树科技全资附属公司）订立合资企业合作协议书，双方同意共同成立宇星娱乐科技有限公司。
星创艺及灵翌科技各自将持有合资公司50%权益。合资公司拟主要负责消费级IP机器人及IP衍生产品的打造、开发、运营、推广与销售。
